October 1, 2008 :: Shashi BellamkondaTechSmith is a software company that offers an array of products like Camtasia which is perfect for doing screencasts. They also offer Snag-It which is a way to do a screen grab and send it someone in order to communicate what you are talking about. This is incredibly valuable for IT support and for bloggers who embed screen shots into their blog posts.
New to the scene is their project called Jing. It is a video recording tool called Jing which does screen recording and capturing, importing of video and pictures but the coolest part is that it allows you to upload and share it with friends.
