It&#039;s been a long time since I watched that movie, and your post brought back memories.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&gt;Macy’s and Gimbels are trying to be honest brokers, giving up short-term sales for &lt;br&gt;&gt;goodwill and longer-term relationships.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;That basically sums it up - I believe in todays super competitive world, one needs to build goodwill and solid relationships with customers in order to thrive. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Personal touch and service is something that will set you apart from your competitors.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Kudos!&lt;br&gt;Mark</description>
