Customer Security/Phishing Alert

We posted this alert on our homepage and are sending emails to our customer base to alert them. Please see  this post for more details.

Please be aware that fraudulent e-mails are being sent to some customers that include a link to a site that looks like networksolutons.com, but it is not. These e-mails intend to capture your login information.

If you believe you have received an e-mail of this type and have clicked on the link, and provided your login information, we recommend the following for security purposes:

  • login to your account
  • review your account information for accuracy
  • choose a new password security question and answer
  • change your password

If you believe any of your account information has been altered, please contact customer service immediately at: 1-800-333-7680

What is Phishing?
Phishing is a practice of luring unsuspecting Internet users to a fake web site by using an authentic looking e-mail in an attempt to steal passwords, account information or other sensitive data.
