Email Service

August 31, 2008 :: cbensen

In our efforts to improve services we made enhancements to our email platform on Saturday, August 30th. After the release we noted some technical issues. We have made a decision to postpone the release & implement it at a later time. A small number of customers may have experienced some email messages bouncing back yesterday.  If you experienced any problems earlier this weekend they should be resolved now. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    Apparently...you changed the requirements for email passwords and did NOT contact us that a "high case" character and 1 "numeric" character must be included. Because you didn't respond directly, I ended up investigating this and try and problem solve myself.
    Our email password didn't contain these requirements...nor do I know when you changed your site.
    Are you trying to turn away customers?
    Our business depends on this server operating properly!

    Please be sure to fully test all platforms and mail client software before implementing new releases. Windows Vista, Windows XP, Macintosh, Linux, webmail, Outlook, Lotus, Thunderbird, etc. - all should be tested for compatibility before release. Thanks!
