Your Patience is Appreciated

August 1, 2008 :: cbensen

Since Thursday, July 31, we have been experiencing a distributed denial of service (DDOS) attack that may be impacting some of our international customers’ access to our storefront and account manager. We are working to mitigate the attack and anticipate full customer access resuming shortly.

While these attacks are increasingly common in the industry, we continue to make every effort to employ and implement market-leading technology to combat against such attacks in a manner that mitigates the impact to our customers. We apologize for the inconvenience and we will continue to monitor for any additional attacks.

    Problem is clearly not resolved. It's 10th August now and it's not possible to access the payment process for renewing domains or email addresses. I am attempting to access from the UK.

  • I have not been able to access my email since yesterday. I am expecting a very important email from a govt' agency. It was supposed to have come in yesterday (Friday Sept 12) and I needed to reply to it promptly. I was unable to do this due to NS being down. What gives?
