A good way to communicate with your doctor's office is by email, using www.housedoc.us, a free on-line portal that's HIPAA compliant and easy to use.
  • Nice. As an uninsured (not my choice) self-employed person (yes, my choice) this is great to see. When I had to have an MRI a few years ago I wound up shopping labs.

What an experience. They were not used to a patient asking how much it would cost!

The MRI started out at $1300 in one place and I wound up using a lab that charged me $625. (The local hospital that my property taxes support was the worst!)

    Thanks for posting this.
  • My doc normally prefers that I give her a personal visit. Texting medium can make things so easier in other this hectic life style.
  • keep the great work going, I will definitely be back again!
  • Mine also prefers that I give her a personal visit otherwise he will not get paid llllooooooollllll just kidding

I think people need a more personal approach when it comes to doctors. I know i have a doctor which takes care of my problems(prosolution) and he is so nice. He always knows me by name, he's friendly and i gladly attent every meeting.
