For those of you that might not have heard, Network Solutions launched its new Network Solutions Facebook Fan Page last week. We are already up to 190 members and growing. This page is becoming the central resource dedicated to small businesses and fans of Network Solutions.

Jason Keath I know about Network Solutions mainly from the great work that Shashi Bellamkonda does on their behalf on Twitter and at conferences. I am thankful for his contributions to the larger online and social media community.Looking forward to having him speak at our upcoming Social Fresh Nashville event in January.
Patti Vidal Osterheld has some great green Small Business Advice: “I try to keep my office green. I set out a box for used paper and once a month I use a paper cutter to cut 3X5 papers to use as scratch pads for all employees. We save money on notepads and it’s good for the environment.
Lucretia Madden Pruitt As for what I do? I’m currently partner in a small Social Media Marketing firm. We work with individuals, small businesses, and even large corporations to help provide strategy for them to add Social Media marketing to their overall marketing strat egy. We provide 19th century marketing skills with 21st century tools.
David Svatos has a great business tip: Never forget that the customer is paying you. You have set their expectations and they should be met, or else you’re doing something wrong. And listen, listen, listen. The customer will tell you what they want. Don’t try to tell them what they want.
