		<description>I don&#039;t think that introspection/reflection and interstitial media consumption are mutually exclusive. Or at least, they&#039;re not competing for the same bits of attention. And I know that in my own case, a lot of the stuff I do in my interstitial time gets incubated and percolated into more substantive stuff later.</description>

		<description>One thousand miles wide an one inch deep. Too much of what we can fill our time with has difficulty connecting to a learning moment. You know, one of those things we used to have when we reflected on lessons learned during interstitial time. It requires active thinking - being engaged, not entertained. There is another distinction to draw here. Learning moments are about growth and much of what gets pushed toward us is about filling someone else&#039;s need.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Tobias</description>
