It is 6:00PM and we are still getting reports of email POP accounts not being able to retrieve email. When will this issue be resolved?

I'd appreciate an update on the situation. It is now 6:57 PM and email is still out. Thanks. (and what caused the problem?)

Adding to Frustrated2009. It's the following day and I have not been able to retrieve any of my mail. I did have a slowdown in receiving and sending email yesterday, but that seemed like only a half hour or so. This morning, I received a few "queued" messages that I processed on the 14th. anyone else?

Email retrieval went all right for me after a half-hour hiccup on the 14th, but since around midnight GMT on the 15th, I have not even been able to access the NS website or my webmail. Any updates?

One of my clients that uses Network Solutions email completely lost ALL of her MAIL history from July 23, 2009 and prior. There were over 100 emails. I thought there was a clean sweep from Network Solutions that erased them all. Network Solutions said they didn't do it. My client does access her email account remotely at times, but she has been doing this for a year and NO problem. She hasn't transferred them to OUTLOOK either. I requested that Network solution go back and RESTORE her account as of July 23, 2009 and they apparently are not able to do that. They only send emails of apology. NOT GOOD enough! We NEED those Emails. HELP!!!!!!!!!!
