Smart Working Tool Review – TimeBridge

timebridge

Last year I came across the product, TimeBridge from the company of the same name in a review by Web Worker Daily. I didn’t really think much about using the product. Then about six months ago TimeBridge integrated phone conferencing and then last month they added a business paid package withFreeConference.com and desktop sharing as well as video for up to six people using DimDim technology for either $8.95 per month or $89 per year which is fantastic. That sounded pretty sweet so I signed up and it works amazingly well.

The way it works is you first install the client software and sync it with your calendar so it sends your free busy times up to the server. You send a meeting request that can be wide open or suggest a few times and you can coordinate people across different email systems. You can then automatically create a conference call bridge and if you want use the DimDim platform for web sharing. Awesome.

Where this is a killer solution? For freelancers and small businesses with contract employees that don’t have a full exchange mailbox so you can let them stay untethered but herd the cats for the meeting you are setting up.

Then a few days ago they released an iPhone application which just has transformed my life in better ways. You can find TimeBridge on the web and on Twitter.

Check it out and leave a comment on what you think of the service.
